Ticketing System

In order to handle issues more efficiently, we are implementing a new ticketing system. This system allows us to ensure that all issues are received, and responded to in a timely manner.

Please begin using this immediately to report any issues, or questions.
There are numerous ways to open a ticket, so you may choose whichever you are most comfortable with.

Here, you can create new tickets or check status of existing tickets for your email address.
